LIFT GROUP CIRCUIT TRAINING
60 minutes of strength training utilizing all the weight training equipment.
This class is combines our most effective personal training exercises with
the benefits and motivation of working out in a small group. Class size is
limited to 4 participants. No excuses -this class is affordable and get the

We are all about form and focus! We limit are class size because we know
that to obtain optimal results you need to do it right!
