After years of being competitive in high school and college on the field and in the gym, Todd Civille, became a NFDT certified Personal Trainer in 2001. He has worked in gyms as a personal trainer and in management roles. He joined Body Solutions in 2005 and has been changing people’s lives through intense, 30 minute strength sessions. In 2006, Todd wanted to expand his fitness practice into group fitness. He designed a creative boot camp that brings you to your knees with hard core drills that include sprints, and kettle ball and barrel rope routines.
Todd’s training philosophy is based on correct, strict form at a high intensity and cardio level. He enjoys changing up his routines and creating muscle confusion.
Todd specializes in training clients for weight loss and body fat reduction as well as strength and mass gain. His goals for his clients are to improve overall health, confidence and energy levels through weight training, body building, nutritional and cardio advice. His personal niche is training athletic clients to look stronger, get faster on their drills and explode in performance. Gaining a better image and confidence level is his ultimate goal for all is clients.
